The Resourcing Hub provides clients access to focused resourcing services to provide the client the option of addresses specific challenge via a variable resourcing model, whilst maintaining control.

Resources, skills, knowledge and experience have all been derived from strong and sometimes long careers developed from within financial services institutions, from Sell-side to Buy-side, Custodians to Exchanges and Intermediary Broker Dealers. Expertise covers all divisions and all financial products / instruments, from Front Office, through to Operations. Functional expertise extends across the spectrum. Resources are highly experienced, technical subject matter experts from senior executive and management through to more junior levels. We also provide for Business / Change / Project management. From Business Managers, PMO, Programme and Project Managers to Business Analysts.

We provide four offering through two separate models
Model one focuses on Interim and Secondment – These are OCREUS Group resources used by clients on a negotiated commercial basis. The OCREUS Group often remains involved in the work / assignment and also manage / have ownership to all of part of the work/s involved. Through this the OCREUS Group maintains a level of risk.
Model two focuses on Permanent resourcing as a financial services recruitment provider in the Business, Operational, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Change Management divisions. Commercials are on a standard agency fee basis.

Interim Management. Our more senior resource are excellent for Interim Management positions. We have MDs, Senior Directors (EVP/ SVP), Directors (VP) and Managers (AVP). We have a broad range of skills and experience across the entire spectrum of Banking, Investment Management, Brokerage and Custody. Our resourcing in this area have held senior roles such as COO, CFO, CRO, CTO, CAO, Head of Operations, Head of Audit, Head of Product, Trading, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, HR and Finance.

Interim Managers can be used to help define a future role, area and or business, set up and transition a business, product or service. Provide coverage until the new incumbent has started and transitioned. General senior position coverage

Secondment. We have a number of highly skilled subject mater experts. In addition to the above pool of talent, our wider SME resources are idea to assist clients with their workflow management and / or project backfill or other resourcing requirement needs
